For the past week, I’ve been incredibly out of touch with the blogging world. This isn’t an apology, though – or an excuse. I just felt like sharing how much my life has rocked my socks over the past seven days. First, I spent the week with this incredible man, doing awesome things like this:
Second, this came in the mail Thursday:
Yes, that is an artist tablet. Yes, I am in heaven! VagabondHusband bought it for me for my birthday. ♥ I haven’t had a chance to play with it, because we spent Friday through Monday in Savannah, Georgia for his birthday! VagabondHusband and I neither one ‘do’ big and extravagant. One thing I love about Savannah is that it can either be a fancy, expensive vacation or a very low-key vacation. We opted for low-key, and spent four days discovering historic district, walking the beach and islands, and kayaking the seemingly-abandoned creeks. We stayed in SCAD dorms, collected tons of seashells for the VagabondKids, and I had a chance to roam around and show him my home-of-heart and dream city. He even took me to paint at Forsyth Park. ♥ Have I mentioned how much VagabondHusband rocks my socks?
I’ll have more to share on this vacation later.
For now, To VagabondHusband:
I really hope you had a great birthday! I know that spending four days with the person I’m the most relaxed with, in the place I feel the most myself, turned into the most amazing, comfortable, memorable four days I’ve had in a very, very long time. ♥ I’m glad I had the opportunity to spend another birthday with you.
Love,
VagabondWife.

Thank you, Honey. It was an amazing weekend and I loved every minute of it. Thank you for sharing this experience and your life with me.
I <3 you both so much.
Happy Birthday, Vagabond Husband!!
Your weekend sounded lovely, I’m so jealous. I wanna get away with my honey, too!
Thank you!
