Next week, I’ll have a new picture. Promise!
Dear German – I failed you. Or you failed me. Either way, I’m not entirely certain this relationship is going to work. Spanish or French are looking much more attractive at the moment. Being stubborn and dedicated, though, I’ve vowed to give you one more shot – on my own terms, at a much slower pace, not in a classroom with a scary professor. Meet me halfway?
Dear ArtistChild – I’m sorry I become irritated when you ask, for the four-hundredth time, how long it is until your birthday. Truth is, it makes Mama a bit sad every day closer we get.
Dear Ninja – Attitude, sir. It’s gotta go. While I appreciate [and maybe even adore] your ferocity and admire our like-minded lion-heartedness, not all kings-of-the-jungle have to scratch or bite. Really. Look at Mowgli.
Dear OneFish and TwoFish – I miss you both dearly. Those spontaneous four days with you were a big, giant tease. ♥
Dear ABeatifulMess – I’m addicted to pumpkin spice cream cheese, and it’s all your fault. Thank you and ‘Grrrr’ all at the same time.
Dear Philosophy of Time – If I read the word ‘phenomenological’ one more time this semester, I might scream. I’ve discovered an odd happy place between being absorbed in your studies and dreading the next reading assignment. Be a little more gentle on my over-scheduled mine, k?
Dear Politics – Just…stop. Stop the bashing. Stop the name-calling. Stop attacking each other and making the other look bad in order to gain votes. Gain votes based upon your own merit and causes, for a change. One can dream, right?
Dear Journey and Pat Benetar Concert - You better rock my Saturday night. This is ArtistChild’s first concert and I’m fairly certain I will cry from sheer excitement in sharing not only her first concert, but a Journey concert, with her. Make it count.

These are SO much fun! I have my third one almost ready to be on the “schedule” chart. :-)
“Dear ArtistChild – I’m sorry I become irritated when you ask, for the four-hundredth time, how long it is until your birthday. Truth is, it makes Mama a bit sad every day closer we get.” – This is really sweet!
Thanks bunches for dropping by the blog, Shai! I really appreciate it. :-)
