Little man was running a fever earlier this week and just wanted to cuddle – it was ridiculously sweet and sad all at the same time. Such a busy week for him to get sick! I know I’ve been relatively absent this week, but I had to stop and write a Little Letters post <3. Don’t forget we have a custom bracelet set giveaway as well as a mama cloth giveaway going on here on The Vagabond Studio!
Dear Amanda (Lovelace Photography), I am both blessed and thrilled to call you a friend. Having you in my life is fun and your cheeriness is absolutely contagious. I had a blast at our photo-shoot-of-awesomeness yesterday!
Dear #SocialShakeUp, Easily one of the greatest conferences (though, I have a hard time calling it a ‘conference’) in years. You came just in time for something huge and awesome, for me – serendipitous opportunity, you were! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Dear Ninja, I’m a happy mommy now that you feel better, little sir. Thank you for not actually being sick and just running a fever – I know that had to be not-so-fun enough as it was.
Dear ArtistChild, fortheloveofallthingsholy…why will the weather not cooperate with your birthday wish?! We’ll figure it out, little one. Or, I will, and you’ll have fun either way.
Dear VagabondHusband, I’m blaming the weather on our suddenly sleepy household. I’m okay with it…for now. I do have work to do, though! Thank you for watching little man yesterday, and for…well, being you. <3
Dear Heidegger, I detest both you and your for-the-sake-of-which nonsense that is Dasein! I.cannot.wait.to.graduate and be rid of you (until grad school).
Dear New Customers, There are so many of you all at once! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making my new addition to the studio a huge success!
Dear Sleep, I started to feel tired in the early afternoons, so I have started going to bed when my body cries for sleep rather than pushing through to a second or third (or fourth) wind. I don’t feel any less tired. Keep it up, and I’ll go back to a 1am bedtime!
Dear Aurobindo, Your translation of the Bhagavad Gita has been my favorite, so far. I’m beyond sick of ‘learning’ about the Gita (fourth class in three semesters), but you may have saved me from sleeping in class. I love the story. I hate hearing the story explained in baby-language over, and over, and over.
